1. Introduction & Acceptance

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of legitimately acquired funds — net of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who have self-excluded from the platform may not create a new account during the exclusion period. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately upon detection and any balance will be returned minus any bonus funds.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
